Greetings!

I want to make you aware of a couple of things happening tomorrow at Seminary Church and also give you all a heads up about parking at the church tomorrow morning.

1. Tomorrow we celebrate the second Sunday of Advent with candle lighting, praising God through music, and greeting Jesus Christ and the Ghosts of our Christmas Past through scripture, drama and preaching.

2. Don't forget to join me at my Christmas Open House at the Seminary parsonage from 3-6pm! I expect us all to have a great time of fellowship and fun.

3. Please note that the Seminary Street entrance to our parking lot has been closed by the city of Roanoke for some repair work. Please use the Posey Hill entrance to the parking lot or plan on parking on the streets tomorrow morning. The inconvenience should be cleared up by Monday morning.

A big thank you to our UMW for sponsoring the Christmas cookie sale this weekend during Roanoke's "Christmas in the Village". There are some cookies left over, so plan on picking up a couple of dozen tomorrow morning during our fellowship time. The cookies are really good......ummmmm, I know from personal experience.
