Yesterday at Seminary Church, Cheryl Britt introduced our new "Teddy Bear" ministry. She and others of the congregation placed teddy bears in the pews before worship. During the children's time in worship, the congregation and children prayed over all the teddy bears in the pews and on the prayer rail. After worship, two of the teddy bears left their pew and were given to people who need a special part of God's love as experienced through the power of prayer and the cuteness of a stuffed bear. Do you know of anyone who might need some extra love these days? Let's find him or her a teddy bear to hold.
