Today I had lunch at Nick's here in Roanoke with three out of four of our office volunteers at Seminary Church, Jane Myers, Cara Vetor, and Cheryl Britt. We had a great time talking, eating, and brainstorming together how to make the office and communication efforts at Seminary Church even better than they are now. These three ladies are dedicated, creative, organized, personable, and a joy to be with. I believe that God has put them in the right place at the right time in the life of this church and congregation. If you see these ladies anytime soon, please give them a huge Seminary "Thanks!" and hug for all of the time and effort they are putting into making the office run smoothly. As Jane said today, "I never knew how many things happen "behind the scenes" every day in the church. Working in the office has really opened my eyes to all of the stuff that needs to be done." Thanks God, for people who are willing to serve!

Psalm 100 "Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the lands! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord is God! It is he that made us, and we are his, we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him, bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations."
